Patch Notes

1. The player doesn't get stuck on the terrain anymore.

2. The player may freely roam out of the map and die now. Hey, Bloodborne does it too!

3. The Crooked One is not present at all until the player is ready.

4. However, the player may visit the chamber of the Crooked One at his absence. Just for funsies.
